14:00 Swiss cheese rolled up in Turkey breast w/mustard

My "slip" for the evening was eating 1 fruit snack. Maybe there was
1 carb in it. I'd have to look that up.
Not too bad for my first slip.

6 oz chicken, white meat, no skin
