What I've been eating

Week two

Induction Day 8:  Sept 10 

Zinc lozenges  2 carbs

Breakfast
2 Eggs scrambled with 4 oz steak  (maybe >2 carbs)
1 8oz coffee w/ 1T creamer and 1t Splenda  (2 carbs)

Lunch
Chicken Caesar Salad  w/ 2 glasses of water

Dinner
I finished my leftover salad from lunch

Approx 90 oz of water.

Induction Day 9   Sept 11

1 zinc lozenge  1 carb
8 oz coffee w/ creamer and Splenda  2 carbs
11:00 8oz Steak w/sour cream dip   1 carb
1 Diet RC cola  0 carbs
2oz Cheese cubes  (>2 carbs)  14 protein  10 fat
18:00  9oz salmon steak  0 carbs  540 cal  33 fat  (yikes)
Handful of cashews

Induction Day 10  Sept 12

18oz coffee w/1 rounded t of  splenda and 2T creamer.  4? carbs
3 eggs scrambled with 1/4 c  cheese   3 carbs
12:30  2 chicken thighs, no skin, 1 cheese stick
14:00  Swiss cheese rolled up in Turkey breast w/mustard   (my munchy snack)

Induction  Day 11  Sept 13

4oz Delmonico Steak   28 protein  0 carb
2 oz cheese cubes  14 protein   10 fat  160 calories  1 carb  
3 - Swiss cheese rolled up in Turkey breast w/mustard   1 carb
18oz coffee w/1T creamer  3carbs
Evening Salad:   Protein = 42  Carbs = 8  Fat = 8
shredded cheese, diced tomato, tuna, 1.5T mayo, 2T Ranch dressing

My "slip" for the evening was eating 1 fruit snack. Maybe there was 1 carb in it.  I'd have to look that up.
Not too bad for my first slip.

Induction Day 12  Sept 14

3 Turkey + Swiss roll ups  (have never calculated the proteins or fats on these)  2 carbs
18 oz coffee  3 carbs
6 oz chicken, white meat, no skin
small salad w/HB egg  4 carbs
Dressing  (1T ranch 1T sour cream)  2 carbs
cheese cube  1 oz    >1 carb

Induction  Day 13  Sept 15

2 eggs + 1/4 c cheese   1.5 carbs
4 oz Ham Steak   2 carbs
8 oz coffee 1T creamer 1.5 carbs
2 oz cheese cubes   1.5 carbs
4 oz Steak   1 carb
5.3 oz Sirloin Burger   w/mustard    0 carbs
3 cups Caesar Salad  (no croutons) approx 8 carbs

Induction Day 14 !!!!   Sept 16th  Thursday

1 can tuna (6 oz) w/HB egg  2T mayo   2.4 carbs
8 oz coffee  1 T creamer
Hamburger patty 4 oz   1 carb
Cheese cube   >1 carb
4oz steak  0 carbs
small salad, HB egg, 1/4 c cheese, 2T dressing  7 carbs
