lunch - 6 oz piece of COD with pine nuts
dinner - romaine w/ TLC ranch and 2 4oz chicken steaks with TLC alfredo sauce.

January 25th 

2 eggs scrambled w/ cheddar and half and half 2 sausage patties

Today...... tad under the weather and not really hungry, just eating enough as to not go into starvation mode.

B) 2 eggs scrambles, 1 oz sausage 8floz coffee w/1T h&h
L) salad, w/ egg, turkey, sunflower nuts and TLC ranch dressing
D) 1/2 hamburger patty (over cooked) gave rest to the dog, protein shake w/ added Flax and fiber

Saturday January 27, 2001

B) after workout Shake (a concoction of Iron Man, Carb Solutions, Phyllium husks, L-Glutamine, 
and UDO's Choice Flax Oil) Really doesnt taste very good, but has what I need, plus lower in carbs than Myo's

S) Bob Evans sausage, 1 ounce

L) Turkey & Swiss on an Herbed LaTortilla, with Mustard, lettuce and TLC Ranch

D) for mentioned Pizza, 4 lil squares
(I'm guessing roughly 6 oz Mozz, and 1.5 Oz Sausage)

Dessert - 2/3 ricotta cheese W/ cocoa

90oz water

D) Olive Garden = Parmesan Crusted Chicken breast w/broccoli and the salad and a half a bowl of soup
