B) Concoction Protein Shake; Ironman, Carb Solution, Phyllium husks, Flax oil, Cottage cheese, Betagen
L) Salmon, green beans, butter, fish sauce
D) Salmon, green beans, butter, fish sauce, 2 spoonful of pasta w/alfredo sauce (Ops for the day)
S)  1oz Cream cheese

Approx 100oz water, got all my supps in for the day.

totals:
Calories =  1618
fat = 93 (54%)
carbs =  53 (11%) 12 fiber, 13 sugar
protein = 135 (35%)

Wednesday, February 7th, 2001

B) 11am Carb Solution Choc shake, added fiber, Flax oil, & L-Glutamine
L) 2pm  Mahi Mahi (Dolfinfish) w/ sour cream sauce, salad w/ spinach - caesar dressing
S) snacking thru-out the day;  Atkins bar, and approx 4oz ham slices
D) 7:15pm Carb Solution Choc shake, added fiber, Flax oil

Wasn't really hungry for dinner today, and was tired of eating fish - so I did another shake

Totals;
Calories  = 1337
Fat = 73 (56%)
Carbs =  40g (3%) 31 fiber, 3 sugar
Protein =  120g (41%)

so far.... 116 oz water by 7:30pm

Sunday February 18, 2001

B)  8am Coffee w/half&half and da vinci's (3 carbs)
L)  Noon half Vanilla Myoplex, added flax seeds, L-Glutamine, cottage cheese (22carbs, 5fiber)
L) 1:30pm Tuna, spinach, and TLC ranch in a wheat tortilla (14 carbs, 7fiber)
S) 4:15pm Turkey breast and Muenster cheese (.5 carb)
D) 5:30 Carb Solution Shake w/Flax seeds, L-Glutamine, Phyllium husks (24 carbs, 20fiber)

totals: 1321 cals  60 fat (45%)  63 carbs  (11%) 31 fiber, 5 sugar  133 protein (44%)

Tuesday Feb. 20th

12:50 Turkey, Swiss and Spinach sandwich in a Tortilla

6pm Keto MacNcheese (was gonna have fish, but not hungry, so why eat)

February 22nd, 2001 Thursday

B) Protein shake (was supposed to work out one hour later, but just too tired)
L) 4oz cheeseburger w/ TLC ranch dip
S) 4oz ChicNsteak (breast meat) 1oz Braunschweiger
D) 4 oz ChicNsteak, greeen beans spinach w/ crushed pecans
S) pecans, Designer Protein shake at 8pm

totals: calories 1677; 108 fat (60%)   35carbs (5%) 15 fiber, 6 sugar 146 protein (36%)
