Fatloss:Where to Start


I have been asked "Ok, sure you give some information on what fat-loss is and how one would go about doing it. But where do I begin?"

I personally thought that I would not have to tell you where to begin. I figured simply that if I told you that you had to exercise daily you would start exercising daily. I figured simply if I told you that eating healthily is important, you would start to eat healthily. I figured simply if I told you that drinking plenty of water in one day and no soda is important then you would adjust accordingly.
Fatloss isn't a regiment. I do not like to think of burning fat as a routine. Variation is the key remember? Fatloss isn't a strict program. Do what you want, when you want in terms of exercise as well as how much you want. Eat what you want when you want. This website simply gives you some guidelines, i.e. instead of eating when you want, eat at roughly three hour intervals. Instead of exercising how long you want, exercise how long you want above 30 minutes.
