Your BMI indicates that you may be at increased risk for cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and high blood cholesterol. It would be appropriate to modify diet and exercise habits to reduce health risks.

Exercise aerobically about 25-30 minutes a day and use the information that is available in the healthy eating page.

When fat-loss becomes evident increase exercise load gradually.
