Your low BMI number indicates that your weight, in relation to your height, may be below the safety minimum for your body type. Further fat/weight loss is not recommended and perhaps some muscle-building or some fatgain would be useful. Unfortunately (as of now) there is no information that I, the webmaster, has for gaining weight. This is only temporary and within a month or two I shall update this page with appropriate information. |
