While there is no evidence to suggest that a weight loss program is needed, prevention of any further weight gain is recommended. I recommend that you start cold turkey with 40 minutes of aerobic exercise, if not daily - then minimum 4 times a week.
As for eating healthy I would recommend a dietary change-again cold turkey- (not a dietary change CONSISTING of cold turkey - but you know...).
