| INFORMATION ABOUT THE SITE'S OWNER, THE SITE, AND AN IDDLE DISCLAIMER THING |
| I'm Me, Loopy LooLoo. I live in South-East Hampshire, close to two of the filthiest cities in the south-SOUTHAMPTON and PORTSMOUTH. I'm fed up for being victimised for looking unlike the majority of people who live around here, so I made this site. Don't get me wrong, I'm not what you would call a 'goth', I just don't wear a majority of things that the people who victimise me, and others, wear. This site details everything an eager Townie-spotter would need to know in order to distinguish them. Overall, it's ENTERTAIMENT. I didn't put this site together just so I can anger people into hurting these poor fools-I made it for people who had a mutual interest in finding these people funny. Don't get confused-when I say TOWNIE, I don't mean people from towns, however silly that may seem. You may know the people I'm talking about by a different name: NEDS BARRIES SCALLIES JACKS CHARVAS SPIDES KEVS MEADERS So yeah. I DO try to stress that *I* in fact, do live in a town,and I suppose it's mainly the Americans who visit the site who misconstrue my meaning, but still-remember. ENTERTAINMENT. The site was first created in May 2000, on Homestead (the old address was http://dietowniescum.homestead.com). I suppose it was the address that angered most of the minority of confused people! Homestead decided to start charging for their (now I realise, somewhat crappy) services, so I was forced to move the site. And, it was SO for the better! I moved to this new address in August 2001, and redesigned the site. I hope you'll find it a whole lot more professional than Version 1! *Final disclaimery kind of thing* You must remember-if you feel offended by anything contained in this website, then you're reading MY personal views (+/- a few helpful contributors views) and that I am not suggesting that everything on the site that I mention is bad, or that you should kill people or encourage violence (I am anti-violence) I am saying that what I mention would be recognised by an eager Townie spotter. The worst thing about Townies is thair attitudes towards other different people, not their clothes, their musical tastes or their career paths. So, enjoy the site!
