Welcome to Kourou, French Guiana. The Mercure Atlantis Hotel at the entrance to
Kourou (in 2000) prior to having a traffic circle added.

I just happened to have an awesome balcony view of the World Water Skiing Championships they had on "Lac Bois Diable" in 2000.

"Glacier Des Deux Lacs", a local hang out spot.
