I also work my abs before I start my workout and on friday's (day 5) I hit my abs extra hard and here's what exercises I mix every time.

Crunches, Incline Crunch, Seated Tucks, Leg Raises, Sit ups, Twists, Crunches with a twist. I do most of these on a friday but on my other 2 training days I do about 4 of them.

If you train hard and often you'll become addicted like I have. You'll look forward to the next time you hold that cold steel in your hands and you push until your body feels like it's on fire.

I look forward to going to hell with my weights, I may look happy when you see me but really I'm just getting myself worked up for my next session!
