I came back from the British Royal Navy on the 2nd of October in 2002.
When I came back I bought myself a new bench press and a new set of weights and since then I've been hitting the weights 110% every time.

I've had a few different routines which I made myself and followed day in day out. At first my weights were a no more than just a hobbie. But now training with weights is more like an obsession and a feeling to me.
I read about how Arnold Schwarzenegger trained and how he changed exercises round to shock his body and hit his muscles from different angles.

I learnt loads from the books I read about how muscles go through hypertrophy (muscle growth) and how to help your muscles grow.
