Weight training isn't like most people think it is, I've seen people sit under a bench push a weight while the weight is swaying to one side. Even I have but now it's much more than that.
You need to know about form and how to position yourself. Even the way your feet are positioned matters. People don't realise that your mind is more important than your muscles.
What I mean is most people fail During exercise because they think they can't go on when really it's just their mind thinking negatively.

"use the positive side of your brain and you can do a lot of things better than you normally would." I did my next workout based on what my brother told me and I worked harder, lifted more and performed better!
