I follow my routine 100% everyday that I train, I've always trained using dropping the weight as the loads becomes harder with more reps.

But sometimes I push myself so hard that I can complete all the sets I'm doing with the same weight. So the next week's workout will increase the load by 10 pounds. Just that 10 makes one weight seem out of this world!

I train using a 3 day split routine, which I am currently using for my bulking workout. I've customized my workout to make sure I get enough rest and all my muscles are hit from every possible angle. I train Monday, Wednesday and Friday, the other four days I rest and eat like a race horse lol. I do 2 warm up sets for every exercise and I aim for 3 sets of 6 reps.
