Just
by using your mind over matter you'll be able to do a lot more. I
even challenge my own mind because that's what normally stops people
from breaking through barriers while I am working out.
"I bet you can do one more" I often
repeat that in my mind and challange myself and just try and squeeze
that extra half a rep.
Eating correctly is very important. Imagine not drinking the cans
of Carling in your mates fridge with the rest of the lads. Refusing
the pizza that Kayla brings home from work.
I've done both of these and well I admit I cheat once in a while but
not very often. I'm just as committed with my diet as I am with my
weights!
