For Consumer Advocacy in Home Care issues, this website is intent to create an organization to help home care patients with complaints, concerns and self-advocacy.  The proposed name for this organization is: ON-PAHC* (pronounced as On-pawk) - "On Patient Advocacy in Home Care. "  *Currently only for Ohio residents.  We are collecting data for other States.  Please submit your concerns so that we can see the full picture of the problems in home care in all States.

This website and the proposed organization of ON-PAHC (pronounced as On-pawk),  "On Patient Advocacy in Home Care," plans first on collecting information to show the types of problems patients are experiencing.

The proposed organization plans to review submitted information on patient problems in home care and develop ways to assist patients in becoming their own advocate.

The proposed organization cannot, at this time, provide direct advocacy.  Once there is enough information gathered to identify specific problems, the proposed organization hopes to provide direct advocacy services in the future.

Please help us in identifying home care problems.

Send us an email describing your experiences and concerns.

The title "Onward ~ and ~ Upward" is a "motto" I used as a teenager and young adult --- then forgot about for a number of years.  I feel it is a fitting motto to strive for and a fitting title for the topics of this website.
