MILLENNIUM BEAUTY
CREAMS
There are many different types of creams . Nourishing,moisturizers,
cold creams, night creams etc. Here are some natural home made creams.
APRICOT WRINKLE CREAM
- 2 tbsp. Lanolin
- 1 tbsp. Apricot kernel oil
- 2 tbsp. Sweet almond oil
- 3 tbsp. Lemon juice
Rich in vitamin A, polyunsaturated oils, which are excellent for preventing stretch marks and lines. Melt of lanolin together with apricot kernel oil and almond oil. Add lemon juice. When the cream is cool, whip it up in the blender.
CLEANSER ALMOND CREAM
- 4 oz (120g) oil of sweet almonds.
- 1 oz (30g) hydrous lanolin
- 1 oz (30g) petroleum jelly
Melt the fats slowly in a double boiler; remove from heat, beat until cool.

CONDITIONER NIGHT CREAM
- 3 tbsp. almond oil
- 2 tbsp. hydrous lanolin
- 2 tbsp. cocoa butter
- 2 tsp. rose water
- 1/2 tsp. honey
In a glass bowl place a pan of boiling water, melt and smooth the almond oil, lanolin and cocoa butter. Remove from heat and add the rose
water and honey oil. Then beat until blended .

ALMOND CREAM
- 3 tbsp. almond oil
- 1 tbsp. lanolin
- 1 tbsp. petroleum
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Melt all the above ingredients over double boiler, remove from heat, beat it with an egg beater until cool . Apply on skin .

Cucumber cream :
1/2 oz (15g) white wax
2 oz (60g) oil of sweet almonds
1 cucumber
Melt wax in glass jar standing in boiling water; add almond oil. Peel, chop the cucumber very finely. Add enough in jar so that it is covered by
wax. Cover with foil leave simmering for one hour. Remove from heat, stir thoroughly . Strain and use .

APRICOT CLEANSING CREAM
- 4 tbsp. apricot oil.
- 2 tbsp. sesame seed oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. distilled water.
Beat together by hand or blender until completely smooth and creamy .
Keep in refrigerator.

NATURAL AID MOISTURIZER
Milk of almonds,
skin 1 oz (30g)almonds by dipping them in boiling and cold water. Grind to
powder add drop by drop of1/2 pint distilled water. Continuing to blend until
liquid is milky. Strain and use.

PIMPLE CLEARING CREAM
- 2 pints(1l) Rose water
- 2 sliced Apples
- 2 tbsps Chopped fennel
- 2 tbsps Chopped celery
- 1/4oz(71/2g) Barley meal
- 3 eggs Whites
- 1 tsp Lanolin
In double boiler simmer rose water, the apple, fennel, celery, barley. When mushy add beaten egg whites and lanolin. Strain beat smooth. Keep in refrigerator.

BASIC PIMPLE CREAM
- 1 tbsp. Castor oil
- 1 tbsp. Glycerine
- 1 tbsp. Lanolin.
Melt all together in glass bowl place in simmering water. Cool and keep in glass jar.
OLIVE CLEANSING CREAM
- 4 tbsps. Green olive oil
- 2 tbsps. Sesame seed oil
- 2 tbsps. Lard (vegetable fat)
- 2 drops Any essence
Beat ingredients until creamy . Keep in refrigerator.

AVOCADO CREAM
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Glycerine
- 1/2tsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tsps. Avocado oil
- 1/2tsp. Cider vinegar
- 2 egg Yolks beaten
- 2 tbsps.Distilled water
Blend eggs, glycerine and lemon juice. Slowly add enough avocado oil to thicken the mixture t a heavy cream then stir in vinegar. Add the beaten egg yolks and water. Slowly blending all the time. Keep refrigerated.

If you don't have the time to make your own cosmetic cream, try adding a few drops of essential oil rose or bergamot to your favorite moisture cream.
