According to the solution of General meeting of Academy to 2010 as structural unit of the International Academy of Noosphere the Baltic Branch with residence in Tallinn (Estonia) is approved. As the academician-secretary of the Branch the First vice-president of the Academy, the academician V. Z. Aladjev is elected. For the indicated period had been resolved to fix behind Baltic Branch the Academy members working in a territory of Belarus. The Baltic Branch is approved in the following personal staff:
