Oleg Vyushin

Dr. Oleg Vyushin was born in the town city Chusovoy, Permskaya oblast, (Russia). After successful graduation from Novosibirsk State University (physics department) in 1981, he was working as a programmer and mathematician in different scientific institutes of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Science and high-tech companies in Russia and USA.

He has more the 20 years of experience in designing and developing network software and web publishing systems. He has a lot of interesting projects in designing and developing network software and web publishing systems. Since 1999, O. Vyushin lives and works in USA. Dr. Oleg Vyushin is one of the founders of the Fultus Corporation – publisher of the books, blooks, eBooks and documentation from CA: Palo Alto, USA.
