Only one serial port chip can be installed at one time as the parts overlap on the board.
User will select their choice of serial port and place the jumpers as appropriate.

Other jumpers are mentioned here.

The 8MB / 2MB selection is for folks who do not have 4MB simms but do have 1MB simms.
The NoCan3-B does not have this selection and will work with either SIMM type.

For those of you who will use this with an MPI, do not address any chips into the $FF40 to $FF7F range.
Reason: the chips will fight with the MPI data bus buffer, one will win and the other will loose, eventually.

The Order of the I/O Select Jumpers, On=jumper, Off=no jumper.
