The Lord has blessed me, in that I have a wonderful family with Holiness roots, and that I have a loving church family. My Great-grandpa D. M. "Bud" Self and Great-grandma Fay Self both had a deep devotion to the Lord. Their testimonies are moving, and sometimes a little comical as well. I never grow tired of hearing the old stories of how the Lord healed, blessed, delivered, and helped them. My Grandma Bonnie Polnack (Self) and Grandpa George Polnack both have wonderful experiences with the Lord, and can tell quite a few moving testimonies. My Mother, Darla Smith, has a great relationship with the Lord, and can tell of many times he has helped her. Here are a few of their testimonies and life stories, as close as I can get to the way they were originally told.
