Staffing and manning Schedule General

The help group has put a lot of effort in understanding the nature size, shape and importance of the proposed project. similarly a careful a consideration has also been made while effecting proposed team members for the project. The help group fully understands that despite the rich experience and a sound establishment of the firm, the success of the project will depend in large measure on the composition of the project team. The team must represent a combination of inter disciplinary skills, including a high degree of technical experience in a number of disciplines, and successful professional experience in similar type of Projects with cross cultural skills enabling them to work ~0llaboratively and aptly with project officials other agencies and personnel related to the propose project.

The team composition consists of the following personals belonging to different specialization.

The above members of the team have been selected because:

· Most of them are qualified and experienced, with close association with HELP group and are well aquatinted with the professional standards, quality assurance procedures (QAP), and the style of working of HELP group.

· All of the proposed team members except cooks and guards, have high academic qualification and are fully abreast of the recent technical advancement in their respective fields.

· All of them are able to relate and establish good communication with each other, and have suitable personal qualities to list to views impartially. Thus, it is hopped that the project will be benefited much from the rich experience and knowledge of the proposed experts.

· A brief biodata with of the proposed personnel, qualification and previous work experience have been shown under heading.
