Chapter 5: Wedding Bells

I left the city in a few minutes and then I went looking for the temple. It didn't take me too long to find the temple at all. I entered the temple and started to walk around the place. The temple was booby-trapped and many times I almost got hurt really bad. Some of the traps were spears that would pop out from the wall and spikes would be falling from the ceiling.

I finally found my way to the dungeon room and found a few skeletons around the room. I then heard some muffling noises. I looked around and found the president.

"Mr. President!" I yelled as I went over to him and removed the tape from his mouth.

"Thank you," the president said.

"No problem," I said. "Do you know who kidnapped you?"

"No I don't, but I do know is that who ever did brought back a boy about your age and locked him up somewhere," the president stated.

"Alright thank you. I guess I should bring you back to Galbidia myself," I sighed.

"No, that is alright. Why don't you look for that boy? I can get back to the city by myself," the president said.

"Alright, then take care and be careful. This temple is full of traps," I told the president.

The president then left and I was alone again. I started to look around the room when all of a sudden I fell down a hole.

When I reached the bottom I was trapped in a prison like cell. I looked around to see if anyone was there and I found Vash. "Hey Vash! Can you help me out here?" I yelled.

"Hey there, Amara. Long time no see," Vash snickered.

"Vash?" I asked.

"You were the one who got the mission that I wanted. Also I wanted to do this mission with you, but I didn't. I bet you are wondering were Heero is," Vash snickered.

"You little." I started.

"Calm done my lovely dear. I will set Heero free, but on one condition," Vash stated.

"What is it?" I asked.

"For you to marry me, Amara. Otherwise Heero will die," Vash said coolly.

I was stunned. I couldn't believe Vash's request. "I don't want to marry you Vash, but if I don't." I said as I started to cry.

"Now, now. Don't cry, Amara," Vash said. "Here I will bring Heero to you for now."

Vash then brought Heero to see me. Heero then shouted, "Amara! Are you all right?"

"Heero, I am alright, but what about you?" I asked as I dried my tears.

"I am fine," Heero said.

"How I love happy reunions," Vash said. "Oh, Heero, did you here that I just asked Amara to marry me?"

Heero looked at me and then at Vash with angry eyes.

"Heero, don't be mad at Vash. If I don't marry Vash you will die," I said. " Vash if I agree to marry you, you better let Heero go free."

"Of course my dear. Anything for you. Heero do you want to come to the wedding?" Vash asked.

"You moron," Heero yelled.

"So what is it Amara, marry me or say good bye to your friend forever?" Vash asked.

" I guess I really don't have much of a choice," I sighed. "I will marry you, Vash."

"Great. The wedding will be tomorrow morning. Why don't we all get some sleep," Vash stated. "Heero you will leave tomorrow after the wedding."

"Can I talk to Amara alone though even if we are both in different cells?" Heero asked.

"As long as Amara says it is alright," Vash said.

"It is fine with me. Send Heero into this cell," I said.

Vash did so and Heero sat down next to me as Vash left.

"Oh Amara!" Heero said as he hugged me. "I am so glad that you are okay, but you don't have to marry him. I don't care what happens to me as long as you are happy."

"Heero, I want you to stay alive and plus I have a plan to stop the wedding so don't worry," I reassured Heero.

"Amara," Heero whispered.

"Heero, don't worry. I'll be fine trust me," I said as I looked into his eyes and for the first time I saw more than just the outside of Heero.

I didn't realize but I started to cry and Heero asked, "What is the matter?"

"It is nothing," I replied.

"No, it is something. Amara, please tell me," Heero begged.

"It's just I never really got to know you, Heero," I said.

"Don't talk like that," Heero said.

"Heero, my plan may not work and if it does I am not sure what will happen to me," I said as I continued to cry.

"Oh, Amara," Heero said as he held me.

We stayed in that position for a long time until I fell asleep. I do not know what time I woke up. But when I did wake up these girls came and said I had to get ready for the wedding.

Heero was still asleep when I woke up so I went over to him and told him I like you a lot. I then got up and followed the girls to the dressing room. There they dressed me into a beautiful wedding gown. Then afterwards they put make up on me and then they got a bouquet of flowers.

I was already to get married with Vash, but I really didn't want to.

"How is my lovely dear doing this fine morning?" Vash asked.

"Fine," I said coldly.

"Let's go and get married now," Vash said as he took me by my hand.

I just stared at him a heart cold glance.

As Vash and I walked down the isle, Heero came and ran and yelled, "The wedding is off!"

"Shut up, Heero!" Vash yelled as he summoned the guards.

"Heero, just get the hell out of here!" I pleaded.

"Amara, but." Heero started. "Alright."

Heero than ran off to somewhere. I'm hoping he is going to get the others and bring them here, but who knows.

Vash and I walked up the isle and now were standing and listening to the priest say all the crap for a wedding. Of course though I didn't pay much attention. Right when the priest was about to say and do you Amara take Vash as your husband I ran over to the side of the building and summoned Shiva.

"Vash if you think or ever thought I would marry you then you have another thing coming. Shiva, Diamond Dust, Now!" I yelled.

"Ugh! What do you think you're doing?" Vash yelled.

"I do whatever I want to do," I replied. "Oh, and Vash, just thought I should tell you this, you are not my type."

"Why you. Arrest her!" Vash yelled.

"Uh-oh, I think it is time for me to leave," I said as I started to run out the church.

Some guys tried to stop me but I just plowed my way through them. I wasn't paying much attention and two guys caught me. "Ah, let me go!" I screamed.

"Good, now bring her to the torture room," Vash stated.

"You better let her go, now!" Heero yelled as he came into the church.

"I thought you ran away," Vash said. "No matter, I will just kill you now."

"Well that is fine with me, but the whole gang is here and I don't think they would like me or anyone else killed by the likes of you, Vash," Heero stated.

"Guards, kill them!" Vash yelled as he escaped.

"Heero," I whispered.

Heero came and hurt the guards that were holding me and set me free.

"Heero, thank you. I can't believe you came back though," I said.

"I could never leave you alone, especially with Vash," Heero stated.

"Hey, you to love birds," Zell stated. "Let's get going before the police arrive and we have to go through all that crap."

We then went back to Galbidia and then I decided to go straight to bed. When I woke up Heero was in the room.
