When a slave is first collared she will post on the slave cork
The same will be so when she is clad kajir. On or about the first months anniversary of her being clad a slave may then be branded with the standard of Kassar and have her nose pierced. Each new girl will be assigned to a trainer. Her trainer will give her a pre-exam, then report to the Ubar and post on the cork when she is ready for testing. During this time the kajira-in-training will be expected to take an active part in the camp. She is not permitted to travel. She will learn to greet and the order of greeting. She will take orders from both the Frees and senior slaves. She will ask questions and listen attentively to advice and instruction. She will be given slavewine. The initial training will cover the following: 1. Define and describe the term "clad kajir" 2. Enumeration of the four common purposes of the collar 3. The Bosk and what they mean to our people. Other significant animals. 4. Several basic slave positions (tower, nadu, gorean bow, bara sula etc) 5. Foods and drinks of the Wagon Peoples. 6. A complicated serve (an entire meal not just paga) She will then be tested by a Free membe without warning...nor will she know that she is being tested until afterwards. The testing will be as follows: 1) A complicated serve (could be for any Free) 2) Postions (same as the serve...for any Free) 3)Questions at random on the basic knowledge of the Wagon and Blood Peoples 4)A book dance performed in the presence of the Ubar without warning Levels of Training slave{Property of Kassar} = newly collared slave{Property Of Kassar}~clad kajir~- may be branded and pierced after one month and considered for trainer A slave will be clad kajir, branded and pierced before being gifted or sold into a personal collar.
