God Bless Falling Angels
By Kato

I could be wrong. It's been so long
Since I have trusted someone else to save my life
Into your arms. Safe from harm
You give me confidence to grow. Strength to fly

God bless falling angels
When they come back again
When they need a new friend to understand

You know we could. You know we should
Belong together in this life as one
Just like you said, my heart was dead
Until I let you in to reclaim my soul. Take hold

God bless falling angels
When they come back again
When they need a new friend to understand

You will never be so far away that I don't understand
You will never be too far away come take my hand
Come take my hand
John 8

But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.
At dawn he appeared again in the temple courts, where all the people gathered around him, and he sat down to teach them.
The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group and said to Jesus, "Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?"
They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him.
But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, "If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her."
Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground.
At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there.
Jesus straightened up and asked her, "Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?"
"No one, sir," she said.
"Then neither do I condemn you," Jesus declared. "Go now and leave your life of sin."

Its been a great privilege over the past 2 weeks to spend a lot of time with some close friends from Hightown Baptist and see how much they've grown. At some point we've all been falling angels but we've come back again as the Kato song says as there is no comdemnation in Christ as John 8 teaches us.
So what did we do? Well Spring Harvest was crazy, particularly enjoyed Kato, Reana and Steve gigs at night, Danielle was baptised and tonight was Momentum, so lots!

The past two weeks have been about 2 things and really 2 things only.... exams and assignments! 3 exams in 3 days with a deadline date inbetween them. (Funny story there, handed it in 30 mins before the deadline, thinking I was 1 day and 30 mins before the deadline, PHEW!)
And then the second week saw another deadline for an assignment that I had hardly worked on before the end of the exams the week before.
All a bit manic but went serious bargain shopping afterwards! Such a girl!
I might have knobbly knees, a squidgy tum,
Hairy toes or a wriggly bum,
But Jesus says to me 'I love ya!'

I might have pointy ears, a dimply chin,
Spiky hair and a cheeky grin,
But Jesus says to me 'I love ya!'

For he made me in a special way,
According to his plan.
And Jesus looks inside my heart,
At who I really am.

So I've got hands to clap and arms to raise,
And dancing feet for all my days,
Cos' Jesus says to me 'I love ya!'

Ephesians 1 v3-8
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will-- to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding. And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment--to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ....

As the summer exams have crept up on me revision has somewhat taken over my life and I'm not sure how far I've even got with it, time will tell I suppose!
Coventry has a serious issue with clouds that isnt helping our revising in the garden techniques which have been fun. Other sources of fun included a BBQ party at Adairs (sorry about your bed being upside down mate) and a chocolate fondue night with plenty of fun and games at our house.
....In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession--to the praise of his glory.

May is going to be about the weekends I think! The first weekend saw me back home for Rebekah's 18th Birthday Party. It was a fun night and thanks to the bank holiday I got to enjoy a whole weekend at home, even if I did only leave there 2 weeks earlier!
The second weekend I went away with Bluntisham Baptist Church, the home church of SarahESmith, we were doing the kids work along with Sarah's best friend Emma and a guy called Matt. Thanks to all at Bluntisham for making me so welcome, it was a lot of fun!

The traditional end of year manicness has left me very tired but it's been great with lots of BBQs including Steve and Vix's 21st, also Chris' 21st at his farm, Rev in the piazza without rain this year, Soulfood 04, the last Top Banana as I know it and then the month finished with Fi's 21st. (Spot the theme)
Well done to all the finalists on fantastic results. So pleased for you all.

Exams finished today! OK so today's exam was worse than planned but it doesnt matter they are over for another year and even better... NO MORE MATHS EXAMS EVER!
Took a break from exams last week to go to London to see Third Day perform for the very first time in the UK, the verdict... best gig ever, best night of my year. Well it got me through the exams anyway.
You Are So Good To Me by Third Day
Word and music by Don Chaffer, Ben and Robin Pasley
You are beautiful my sweet, sweet song
You are beautiful my sweet, sweet song
You are beautiful my sweet, sweet song
And I will sing again

You are so good to me
You heal
You ride upon the clouds
You lead me to the truth
You are the Spirit inside me

You are my strong melody, yeah
You are my dancing rhythm
You are my perfect rhyme
And I wil
You poured out all Your blood
You died upon the cross
You are my Jesus who loves me

You are my Father in Heaven
You are the Spirit inside me
You are my Jesus who loves me
Colossians 3:12-17
Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
