November 15, 2000 - Edmonton Oilers traded Bill Guerin and future considerations to the Boston Bruins for Anson Carter, a 1st round selection (Ales Hemsky) in 2001, a 2nd round selection (Doug Lynch) in 2001.
December 30, 2000 - Mike Comrie recalled from Kootenay (WHL).
July 1, 2001 - Edmonton Oilers traded Doug Weight and Michel Riesen to the St. Louis Blues for Marty Reasoner, Jochen Hecht and Jan Horacek.
