The output of this planning is documented suitably for the company's method of operations,and controlled through the documentation requirments.

Dashen Brewery share company determines the following requirments:

1. Requirements specified by the customer including the requirments for delivery and post delivery activities.
2. Implied needs and/or requirments not stated by the customer but necessary for specified and intended use, where known.
3. Statutory and regulatory requirments.
4. Additional requirments determined as necessary by the DASHEN BREWERY share company based on experiance, knowledge and history of the product.

Requirements related to the product/contract review

• The purpose of the contract review procedure is to define and document customer requirments in order to identify and resolve any differences between the customer's expectations and the company's actual product .It is also to gaurantee that the company has the resources to meet the contract or order specifications.
• All proposals and contracts are reviewed prior to the submission of the organization's commitment to supply a product to the customer to ensure that:
• 1. Product requirments are defined and accepted, including special requirments.
  2. Contract or order requirments differing from those previously expressed are resolved and accepted.
  3. The organization has the ability to meet the defined requirments.
  4. The delivery schedule and pricing has been agreed to.
  5. Any use of subcontractors has been pre_approved.
  6. Any special skills or training of personnel have been identified.
• Where the customer provides no documented statment of requirments, the customer requirments are confirmed by the responsible and the customer, as necessary before accepting the order.
• Any contract change, order amendments, specification changes, product requirments, or delivery variations to an existing order or contract, are subject to the contract review above.
• The changees recived from the customer are clearly identified, documented and formally approved, copies are immediately forwarded to the respective department(s) and/or sub_contractors.
• Records of the results of the review and actions arising from the review are maintained as per control of records

PRODUCT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

Design and Development is not a requirment based on the company's current business practices. Should these practices change, DAASHEN BREWERY S>C will develop, implement, maintain and control the procedures, processes and documentation necessary to comply with the requirments as stated in the ISO 9001:2000 International Quality Standard
