to the Generalities
The General Manager is ultimately responsible for all aspects of quality.Other
members of the managment and staff have specific responsibility for development,implementation
and continual improvement of the quality managment system,through all appropraite
and relevant disciplines including sales,marketing,production,maintenance
training,Purchasing ,Storage and handling,house keeping and all other company
activities having a direct or indirect effect up on customer satisfaction
.Further details of responsibilities are defined in quality
system procedures,departemental procedures and quality documents.
Responsibilities ,authority and Communication
General manager:
- Formulate and ensure the implementation of quality policy.
- Provides necessary resources to maintain and improve the system.
- Establish appropraite internal communivation process.
- Conduct managment reviews of the quality system.
- Design duties and responsibilities of the managment members..
- Customer complaint handling.
Quality assurance of the products and purchased
materials is undertaken by the technical and laboratory disciplines,under
the direct control of the quality Departement manager .In addition to
his or her normal duties ,also function as managment representatives and
is responsible for ensuring that the quality system is implemented and
maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 ,2000 and the quality policy of
the company
