Brewing

CIP/cleaninig in place
Cleans brewing machines, bermels and pipelines under computerized control system with out the involvement of man's hand.
Brew House
The Brew house is capable of making eight brews in 24 hours w/c makes it the first in Ethiopia it is also the only Brewery w/c has got no sugar accumulator.

Fermenter and BBT
Fermentation process is easily affected by temprature and pressure to avoid this problem owr bermils are aided by computers so that this natural process takes place successfully.
Beer Filteration Plant
The only factory with Haze meter, a machine w/c checks weather the beer purification process is done precisely, is installed.

Bottle washer
Dashen Brewery owns a machine which washes bottles by controlling the concentration of the washing chemicals.This ensures the health of the customer.
EBI/Empty Bottle Inspector
Checks if bottles are washed properly ,if there is washing chemicals left in the bottle, if there is cracked or different type of bottle .This machine is installed only in dashen Brewery.

Filler and Corker
It is only in Dashen brewery where a machine w/c is capable of bottling and packaging fourty-eight thousands bottles per hour by avoiding oxygen which is anti-beer is installed
Pasturizer
The pasturization plant w/c makes the bottled beer have a longer life is aided by computer w/c makes the pasturization process absolutely reliable.

Labler
The beer label is sticked with the bottle by amodern plant registering the production rate.
FBI/Full Bottle Inspector
The only Brewery where by amount of beer in a bottle , cork installation and proper label positioning is controlled by amodern plant called FBI( full bottle inspector).

Draught beer filling plant
The only brewery where a plant pasturizes draught beer, washes and fills gallons and determines the weight and filling volume is installed.
Waste Water treatment plant
Dashen Brewery has a modern waste water treatment station w/c avoids possible environmental pollution sources.
