Dashen Brewery is very committed to participation in the development of the country that's why it has started assisting in the developmental activities some of which are:

1. Education sector:-
   • Awarded scientific calculator to students who scored 3 points and more in school leaving certificate examination with a cost of 6780 Birr.
   • To avoid the scarcity of kindergartens in Gondar town and to motivate private investors to invest in education sector, Dashen Brewery has given 2000 Birr to dagmawi Sisay Kindergarten w/c is the first privetly owned school of its type in th town.
   • Gondar college Medical science was not able to cover th expenses of those students who were forced to re-admit due to poor acadamical status but Dashen Brewery made them continue their education by sponsering each student with 420 Birr and 11,340 Birr in total.
   • Dashen gave 8072.00 Birr to the Fasiledes comprehensive secondary high school in its 60^th year anniversary for the construction of new class rooms.
   • Dashen Brewery has covered 50% of what was expected from the residences of Gondar town for the construction of the public library.

2. Sport:-
   • To assist th Gondar sport commission movement Dashen Brewery has gave 3000 Birr.
   • 4000 Birr for Ethiopian youth national team.
   • Dashen paid 1780 Birr to young cheez players who were selected to participate in a national competition representing Gondar town.
   • Dashen Brewery gave 1243 Birr in support of Fasil circus club.
   • To support the region's football Dashen sponsored the national first division championship in Debre-Markos town with a cost of 4050 Birr.
   • Dashen Beer sponsored the Amhara region's administration zones football competition which was about to be caceled due to financial problem by paing 20,300.00 Birr.

3. Youth clubs and recreations:-
   • To assist the youth self movement against HIV/AIDS ,dashen Brewery gave a container to Mahibere Hiwot anti-AIDS club and 1040 Birr to Nigat Chora anti-AIDS club.
   • To contribute its share in the development of healthy productive citizen ,Dashen Brewery has established a football team with a budget of 350,000.00 Birr.
   • Dashen Brewery has sponsored many music concerts and theatres.
   • When the local young people work to reduce the scarcity of recreations and learning places ,to help the homeless, and to creat awarness about HIV/AIDS, dashen Brewerty helped by giving:
     • 2324 Birr to Zibad theater and art club.
     • 1,000.00 Birr to Demera theater center.
     • 1500.00 to semien kokeb art and theater club.
     • Different materials to Dessie Red cross society.

4. Infrastructures:-
   • Huge amount of chemicals and building materials for the town pur water supply project which has been the major problem of the town for years.
   • dashen Brewery avoids the possible public security problem by saving the 5^thPolice station in Gondar town from closing down due to collapsing of .dashen Brewery gave 5000.00 Birr for this.
   • Out of the 7 million Birr that will be required to facilitate the town's development .Dashen Brewery cover 1.5 million Birr for the construction of highways.
   • Dashen Brewery pay 5 million Birr as production and sales tax for the region's government.
   
   
   • dashen pays 137,000 and 160,000 Birr for telecommunication and electric power expences respectively w/c in turn creats a greater infrastructure development for the town.
   • the factory has provided up to 300 direct and indirect job opportunities for the local people.
