Added 5 new pages to the Game Basics section.

These new sections are the Training Mission System, the Looking For Squad System, the Support Experience System, the Squad Experience System and information on the Tactical Overlay.

Added a News Section.

This new section splits News into 4 sections, a combined All News giving a little bit of everything, a PlanetSide DataBase section so you can keep up with site updates, a PlanetSide section so you don't even have to leave the site to check on the offical happenings and a Release Notes section detailing all released versions of PlanetSide from 3.0 on.

Welcome to Beta Version 0.5 of my PlanetSide Information Website. New site style and layout has been implemented, but so far I have been concentrating on content rather than glamour, so please be patient at this early stage.
