Into a Blender, ADD:

1 Banana
1 cup frozen (Master Choice) Mixed Berries
(strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
2 cups water
1 cup Chocolate So Good
(fortified Soy Beverage very high in Calcium, low in fat)

HIGH BLEND, Remove Lid (Blender still on), ADD:

1 scoop NHF Vanilla Ultra Whey More XP
(Protein Powder)
1 scoop Labrada Glutamine
(free form Amino Acid)
1/3 tsp Optimum Nutrition Taurine Powder
(free form Amino Acid)
1/3 scoop Fruit Punch EAS Phosphagen HP (Creatine Monohydrate Drink Mix)
1 scoop Fruit Punch EAS Betagen (Creatine Monohydrate Drink Mix)
