The second survey: How much people use the new services connected to mobile phones
This how the survey was made in Finland:
In this research project the students of Malmi Business College tried to found out how people use their mobile phones, which mobile services they have used and are they satisfied with the services.
The research was made through personal interviews. The students of Malmi Business College interviewed people in Helsinki: in the shopping centers, at the Malmi Business College (young and adult students), at home (parents, grandparents, neighbours�) The interviews were made by eleven students, and they got 120 interviews from 15-70 years old people. Only few people refused to answer.
The results were fed into computer program called SPSS, and then students made diagrams of the results.
Comenius school project was made in spring 2003.
