is a high-quality action and fighting animation series. It is better than the original Dragonball series and the Dragonball GT series and is considered by many to be Akira Toriyamas most serious work. The series spans over seven major sagas the Saiya-jin, Freeza, Android, Non-perfect Cell, Perfect Cell, Orange Star High School, and Majin Boosagas, totaling 291 episodes, 13 movies, 2 television specials, and 1 two-part OVA (Original Video Animation).

At first, the title of this site was SSJ Vegeta's Room of Spirit and Time. I later changed it to Super Vegeta's Room of Spirit and Time and now it's official name is CVV | Chibi Vegeta's Vault. CVV has undergone many revisions and experienced many new additions since it was first open to the public in around March 2000 (although it was June when I actually began seriously designing CVV). CVV is a fansite created, owned, and maintained by the Keeper of the Vault, a devoted fan of the Japanese DBZ series. It's goal is to serve as an archive of DBZ-related material, a place where true DBZ fans can spend and enjoy their time.

The Legacy of CVV, a Shadow in Life, a Ghost in Death

I officially announce that CVV will undergo no further work. After 3:10am EST, Friday, October 12, 2001, no more updates will be made to this site. However, CVV's archives will still be available on the Web (as long as Geocities exists anyways) for viewing .. I really enjoyed seeing all the traffic since I first opened this site for public viewing around March of 2000, almost 2 years ago. Many things have changed since then, and a great deal of my free time and effort were placed into designing, creating, and maintaining pages, sections, and files for the enjoyment of fans. Although I never was really able to surpass the average of 20 hits per day, I'm glad that at least some people enjoyed their stay at CVV.

There are many reasons why I decided to shut down CVV (and I AM really shutting it down for good this time, unlike times in the past when I just neglected updating for a week or two). The first reason is my great decline of interest in DBZ, and possibly anime altogether. DBZ is a great outlet for anger and eases our desire for adrenaline-pumping action, but people change (for better or for worse). DBZ is a rather childish series (as many of you will come to know one day), but it was nice to watch for awhile. As we grow and develop, new things present themselves and old things may not always be the way .. sometimes, they must be eliminated or limited at the most. But I won't bore you with any philosophy.

In short, my interest in DBZ has undergone gradual dissipation since spring of this year and my views have matured in a way that made me turn away from that series and look into other ones. (Recently, though, I've found that anime is detrimental to one's development. However, it does have values that help us grow along the way. Ultimately, the truth lies in the true nature of things..) My second reason for leaving the site is because I am in college, and besides academic stuff, I have far greater things to worry about than updating a site whose subject I no longer have interest in. We all have stages, and being a webmaster of CVV was a stage for me. It had many positive and negative effects on me, as do all experiences; but I've decided to explore other options.

I know that this site lies in incompletion as I depart from it, but I think it's best this way. Visitors wondering why there is no guestbook .. it was because you guys voted a while back that you didn't care for one. But apathy wasn't considered when I decided to close the site. I certainly know that this site is not one bit close to perfection, but I will just leave it that way. Some things are best left alone, and when there is no meaning in doing something, it is usually correct to set it to rest.

Words that I'll leave with those who understand .. Concentrate and gravitate towards what your true feelings tell you; do not let what lies in the path distract you from going on the neverending journey. Ja'ne
