In the airship command list, you can input these passwords. You can get them by deciphering Al Bhed messages left in specific locations around Spira.

Password No.1: GODHAND
Password No.2: VICTORIOUS
Password No.3: MURASAME

There are hidden locations on the world map! You can find them when you get the Airship. Finding the small spots for locations can be tricky, so keep moving the cursor near the given coordinates while pressing X-button repeatedly until you find them.
