Once upon a time.. New Adventures
An Ancient City State of Muntronia, located over the seas in a Land of Vetrandus, and ruled at the time by our kindred nation, set out an invading fleet to take over Brimlan. After heavy fighting, it was clear that their force could not break Viapori's sea fortress, which guarded the channel to the heart of our Kingdom.
Instead the Muntrons founded a base on an island in Baecara Sea, east of Viapori, and named it Savonville. From there they made raids on the coasts of Kingdom's Hyldon Province, burning villages, taking slaves and looting the treasures. Little by little the enemy's larger capacity, for Vetrandus had a large supply of resources and reinforcements to ship over, seemed to take over the whole Kingdom. As the Muntonians were prepairing to launch the crucial landing to conquer the whole land, our Priests invoked the wrath of Bel strike upon the attacking army. That day Bel heard the prayers, and sent a violent gale against Savonville. The storm raged over a week, black coulds filled the sky and thunder boomed and the earth shoke, and metres tall waves crashed on the ships. When this all was done, and cataclysm finally ceased, the entire enemy navy, all their men and the island of Savonville as whole had been plunged by the masses of water.
As the main body of Muntronian armed forces were suddenly wiped out, their City Capital in Vetrandus was left undefended and an easy pray for any attacking forces. As the news reached us many a times later, we learned that the offspring of rebelling drow nation had seized on their opportunity. Ever since the collapse of the Great Elven Empire, the drows had been living - forgotten - in unpopulated mountain and forest areas of Vetrandus. So the drows marched into the Muntronian City State and conquerred this before-so-mighty human nation and baptised with the blade all, who did not bow their goddess Sadhakas. The rest of Muntronian men were taken as their servants and from the women they took wives, to lived with them.
To-day Muntronia is strong again, as the union between the drow and the human seemed to have beneficted them greatly. They pray the evil Sadhakas but remember Thorkel the God Of War also. They are still hostile against our good Kingdom in Brimlan, for they are evil and we good, and they have not forgotten their defeat in Savonville. However, we are fortunate to have the sea separating us, and we do keep an eye at the sea and our swords close by, for one day I fear they shall once more raid this coast (may Bel allow it not to come).
