With the family in tow I was hard pushed to visit any pubs in the city.
Situated in Northbridge close to the centre of Perth The Brass
Monkey Hotel is sister pub to the Sail and Anchor, Fremantle. Serving excellent local brews from beer engines this was well worth the visit. |
I had time for more than one in here but I can't comment on
the food or coffee. It's an interesting looking building too. |
Just out of Perth's main shopping district the Moon and Sixpence did have some of the characteristics of a "Traditional British Pub" although the selection of British and European beers would put many British pubs to shame. Only had time for one but it was a great example of Bass Pale Ale. |
Your correct. Not a pub but a place where they used to make Swan beer. Photographed from King's Park it has quite an idyllic setting. |
