"Energizing the Leader Within":
The Winter 2000 unique workshop & leadership adventure in the Holy Land

This 8-day workshop is designed to facilitate participants' reconnection to an internal source of leadership and power. It  takes place in the "Holy Land", through sites empowered with special meaning and highly conducive for dialogue, contemplation and emotional energizing.

This unique outdoor journey parallels an "inner quest" where participants look inward to unravel and enhance hidden leadership potential. They apply their heightened self-awareness and the knowledge gained through the workshop experience, to choose new ways of leading in their organization, community and family. They develop a vision, values, language and improved communication for serving their organizations and themselves and experience with competencies and skills to lead others toward peak performance, through initiative and enlarged accountability.
