“Energizing the Leader Within,” was conceived by Annick Itzigsohn and Gerald Pavloff and developed together with the Pan Center for Management Consultation and Development, Givataim, Israel.

Pan, founded in 1986 is one of the leading Organization and Leadership Development institutions in Israel. Its single focus is to assist organizations and individuals in making effective cognitive, emotional and spiritual transitions for survival and growth in the competitive the new millenium. Workshop Leaders:

Ury M. Gluskinos, Ph.D. (photograph)

Dr. Gluskinos has more than 25 years of experience in organizational consultation and executive development. He founded Pan and also the Israeli Association for Organization Development. As Research Director for the IDF Leadership Development Institute, he conducts studies on excellence in military leadership. His senior leadership development programs are valued and utilized by both civilian and military organizations in Israel.

Nitai Keren

Before joining Pan, Mr. Keren headed the Human and Social Resources Division of the Kibbutz Haartzi Movement. His strategic planning expertise that combines vision, values and economics is used widely among kibbutzim for rejuvenation and growth.

Shula Ben-Ari, MS

Ms. Ben Ari, Pan partner is a founder of Tel Aviv University’s Organization Development Program. She is highly experienced in facilitating complex change in service organizations. Her expertise is developing entrepreneurial and creativity skills for managers.

Annick Itzigsohn, MA (photograph)

Ms. Itzigsohn, is an independent consultant whose work over the past 10 years has focused on the actualization of human potential. Her multi-disciplinary background is the basis for her work ranging from managerial retreats and outdoor training to leadership workshops. She has carried extensive research on the interaction among “energy levels” within organizations and their impact on sustaining individual and organizational peak performance. She holds an MA in Clinical Psychology with specialization in Learning Psychology and Family Therapy. She is currently carrying out Ph.D. research in the University of Waikato, New Zealand.

Johann Wuestenberg, MA, Group facilitator specializing in Akido, Storytelling, Scuba-diving and Tango-dancing. He is the co-author of A STORY HAS TO BE TOLD: On the Art of Storytelling as Intervention. Published in 1999, by Stichting Associatie voor OrganisatieOntwikkeling - The Netherlands.
