4 Dec.- DAY One: Eilat & Dolphin Reef
Swim with Dolphins.
Participants don wet suits to swim under water with dolphins for a breakthrough experience at the very onset of the workshop.
Workshop introduction.
How the cognitive and experiential methods of the workshop complement the goals each participant chooses to achieve.
�Get acquainted.
Each person introduces self by presenting the strengths, quest, resolve, and issues of a favorite mythological, fairytale or real hero.
Shaharut (Arava Desert):The desert with camels.
The desert experience is unique: scorching sun by day, pitch darkness at night - totally conducive to examining the personal edges of participants. The caravan stops, camp set up, and supper prepared. The day is summarized before sleeping under the stars.
5 Dec.- DAY Two:Arava Desert
Self-discovery: What do I meet when on my own?
Each person goes to an isolated place in the desert to explore fears, doubts, strengths and development wishes to answer this question.
Test resourcefulness and communication
Navigating with the camel caravan in teams.
Travel to the Dead Sea
Evening Dialogue.
Dead Sea overnight site
In small groups each person identifies his/her baseline for intensive personal work on strengths and desired changes.
6 Dec. - DAY Three: Masada - The moral implications of leadership.
Climb Masada at sunrise to dramatically confront values, beliefs, philosophy, emotional responses and behavior patterns. Participants examine themselves by reflecting on learning about the life of the ancient Essenes and the Hebrew resistance at Masada.�

Creative visualization.
Float on the Dead Sea at mid-day to contemplate heights to seek for self and organization.
Shed old masks.
A mud bath is perfect for putting on new faces and changing disruptive patterns.
Evening Dialogue.
With a coaching partner, explore the future to bridge the gaps between strengths and spiritual shortcomings.
7 Dec - DAY Four: Negev Desert - Experience spiritual places.
Drive in the Negev desert and visit
some Monasteries (to be confirmed).
Jerusalem: Maneuvering in multi-cultural environment.
"Indiana Jones Adventures" Engage in conversations with people in the culturally diverse streets of Jerusalem.
Evening Dialogue.
Reflecting on spiritual roots, functioning in diversity, and the role and power of ceremonies, customs and rituals.
8 Dec - DAY Five: Jerusalem
Yad Vashem - The Abuse of Power.
Visiting the Holocaust Museum including a lecture/discussion with Professor Dan Baron.
Israel Museum - Community life throughout the Ages.
Broaden views by analyzing global situations including a lecture/ discussion with James Snyder, Curator.
9 - 11 Dec - DAY Six to Eight: Kibbutz Revadim
Crystallizing Personal Vision.
In group sessions with Dr. Carlo Strenger, participants share the changes attempted during the workshop and explore their "life-line", choosing desired changes to make.
�Y2K Communal Living.
Through farm work and meeting with Kibbutz transformational leaders, participants examine the balance between individualism and collectivism.
Story Telling.
Mobilizing commitment to change one's organization.
�Energizing through music, movement and art.
An evening campfire at Nizanim Beach complete with a Yemenite Singer.
�Action plans for sustainable change.
Each person develops a change implementation plan. The group creates plans for peer support to help sustain each person's chosen changes.
Workshop Summary and closing ceremonies.
