What is The QBW_Website Folder?

The QBW_Website folder (note the underscore) is the folder on the hard drive of the computer that contains the files and folders that make up QBW's website.

It is from the QBW_Website folder that files are uploaded to the Geocities website. The Geocities website is thus a mirror of the files and folders in the QBW_Website folder. 
Just repeating, changes are done to the files on the computer first and then uploaded to the website when time permits.
