7.1 Bizarro
There is one last
escapee from the Phantom Zone and Bizarro is it! In the midst of their fight,
the dam breaks rendering Lex helpless underwater after being arrested for Lana's
murder. He is then saved by a mysterious blonde girl that is not from the
Milky Way. After healing Lois, Chloe
is pronounced dead.

7.2 Kara
Lois and Clark discover
the blonde girl's ship (::hint hint:: it's Kara Zor-El aka Supergirl!) but Kara
knocks Lois
unconscious. Clark and Kara have a bit of a "familial spat." Clark decides that
with Lana gone, there is nothing stopping him from beginning his training with
Jor-El. However, Jor-El tells Clark that Zor-El (Kara's father and Jor-El's
brother) was unfaithful to the House of El and that Clark must keep an eye on
Kara. Lex discovers something that involves Lana and 33.1. Whatever could it
be?!

Fierce
Kara wants to fit in on Earth but Clark tells her
to keep a low profile until she can better control her powers. When the "Miss
Sweet Corn" beauty pageant comes to Smallville Kara joins and meets three meteor
freaks called "The Weather Girls." The girls see Kara use her powers and use her
to complete their deviant schemes.

7.4 Cure
Chloe, still distraught
about her previously discovered powers, learns of a Dr. Curtis Knox (played by
former Superman, Dean Cain) who can cure meteor freaks from their powers. In her
desperation, Chloe visits Dr. Knox. What she doesn't know is that he kills
meteor freaks and harvests their organs. Lana becomes "Big Brother" and spies on
Lex through a high-tech camera system.

7.5 Action
Smallville becomes the next big movie set--Warrior Angel
comes to town to film his own movie! One of the movie's stipulations is "No
Masks, No Flights." (A little joke off of Smallville "No Tights, No Flights").
Rachel Davenport is saved by Clark when her brakes are cut by a crazed
fan who witnesses Clark's heroic rescue. Lionel is being held hostage by a
woman who is working for a Lana Lang. Hmm, that name sounds
familiar! Lionel is Lex saves him although Lionel suspects his capture
to be Lex. Sounds like Lana is out to follow in Kill Bill's
footsteps!

7.6 Lara
Hmm. Who's name is Lara in the Superman mythology?
Well, the only one I can think of is Clark's biological mother. Who plays her?
Former theatrical Supergirl, Helen Slater. After Kara is captured in Washington,
she is exposed to a serum that allows her to see Krypton. When Clark comes to
the rescue he intervenes the serum and sees his mother for the first time.

7.7 Wrath
After lightning copies Clark's powers to Lana, she decides to
use the powers to take her revenge on Lex. She steals evidence that will
incriminate him and delivers it to the hands of Lois and Grant at the Daily
Planet. When Clark goes to stop Lana a superfight is not long to follow.

7.8 Blue
Clark consistently hears his biological mother's voice calling
him from Kara's crystal. He decides to free her defying Jor-El's warnings. Lara
gives Clark his father's ring containing blue kryptonite. After putting the ring
on, Clark realizes that Zor-El was behind it all and the ring actually removes
Clark's powers enabling Zor-El to take control of the fortress. After defying
his father yet again, Clark faces some serious consequences.

7.9 Gemini
Clark returns to Smallville and proposes
that he and Lana go after Lex themselves. Little does Lana know, there is
something different about Clark. They discover a man named Adrian who had been
wronged by Lex before. Unbenounced to them, Adrian has planted a bomb on Chloe
and makes demands of Lois that might come with a cost. Chloe discovers the bomb
and confesses her love to Jimmy because she thinks she is going to die. A big
reveal is made in this episode about Grant Gabriel.

7.10 Persona
Clark is still frozen in the fortress and Bizarro begins
taking over his life. Lana, however, is likin' the new Clark. They get their
heads together about a serial killer and they discover that Brainiac is back.
Bizarro goes off to find him. Lionel's reaction to little Julian Luthor's clone
shocks Lex.

7.11 Siren
There's a new girl in Metropolis? That's right, her name is
Dinah Lance and her superhero name is Black Canary. It is discovered that she is
working for Lex but when she finds out the truth she helps Clark and Green Arrow
take him out. Green Arrow's secret identity is revealed to Lois.

7.12 Fracture
Lex goes to Detroit where an amnesiac Kara is but
unbenounced to him, Lois tags along. A busboy at the restaurant Kara is working
shoots Lex . He kidnaps Kara and Lois fearing Lex will take Kara away. Clark has
to go into comotose Lex's head using advanced technology to get important
information. Chloe offers to heal Lex but Clark refuses to let her.

7.13 Hero
Pete Ross returns and has some new "abilities" from kryptonite
enhanced gum. He uses his new ablility to save Kara from danger. Clark and Chloe
are pleased to see their old friend but cauthion him of the dangers of public
use of his powers. Lex finds out about Pete's powers and uses him to break into
Lionel's office. Pete has some hard feelings toward Clark about where his life
has gone.

7.14 Traveler
Lionel kidnaps Clark and holds in him an Kryptonite cell.
Chloe and Lana find evidence in the Kent barn and they confront Lionel who
denies the whole thing. Chloe takes Kara to the fortress to beg Jor-El to
restore her powers so she can save Clark. Patricia Swann, Virgil Swann's
daughter, is after The Traveler (::hint hint:: it's Clark!) to keep him
safe.

7.15 Veritas
Clark has to face Brainiac and Kara decides to teach him how
to fly to even the playing field. Don't worry, Clark doesn't fly. After Brainiac
threatens to hurt Clark's loved ones, Clark refuses to help him and Lana falls
victim to Brainiac's evil scheme.

7.16 Descent
Lex continues to follow his questionable path into darkness
when he gets closer and closer to Clark's secret. Clark and Lex have a
confrontation that forever puts them on the path of enemies. Lex murders
Lionel.

7.17 Sleeper
The Department of Domestic Security threatens Jimmy with
prison if he doesn't help them arrest Chloe. Clark asks Chloe to help him search
for Kara and Brainiac as he is the only one who can reverse Lana's condition.
Chloe breaks into federally classified information to help Clark locate
Brainiac. Lex helps Jimmy clear Chloe's name but tells him that Jimmy is forever
in his debt.

7.18 Apocalypse
Clark discovers that Kara and Brainiac are on Krypon to
kill him as a baby. He decides that the world would be better off without him.
Jor-El, in a desperate attempt to get Clark to see the light, shows him what the
world would be like if he was not in it. He travels to Krypton to save
himself and Kara.

7.19 Quest
Lex is attacked by a man who carves Kryptonian symbols in his
chest as a message to The Traveler. Clark meets the sole surviving member of
Veritas who tries to protect the world from Clark. Lex gets closer to
discovering Clark's secret and what can control him.

7.20 Arctic
Kara tells Lex that she was sent to Earth to defeat the
Traveler. Chloe tricks Kara to meet her to stop her with
Kryptonite. It is revealed that Kara is actually Brainiac. Chloe is
attacked by Brainiac but he is drained of his energy and needs to reboot.
Lana wakes up from her comotose state and leaves saying that she is what is
holding Clark back from saving the world. Lex is lead to the Fortress
by Kara where he discovers Clark's secret and they have their biggest and final
confrontation.
