Welcome to my website about adult figure skating.

I moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming from Minneapolis, Minnesota in June of 2001.  I started skating in 2001 inspired on my honeymoon in Sun Valley by an adult skater. I did skate as a child until I was about 12. Although this site remains "Skating in the Tetons", I now skate in the Rockies. As of September 2004 I moved to Breckenridge, CO and train at 9,600 feet. I will forever be inspired by the Tetons and remain a part of the Jackson Hole FSC.

I find adult skating to be inspiring.  It is a chance for adults to express themselves artistically and to face the constant challenges of the sport.  And reap the amazing emotional rewards.

For me it has been an opportunity I thought I would never have after quiting skating as a child.

I will never be an Olympian, but I have different goals, short term and long that will be wonderfully rewarding as my new
adult skating dreams are realized.
