| Caoran - pronounced 'ku-ran' - comes from Gaelic words for "peat ember". Its inspiration comes from teh days when coal shortages meant greater amounts of local peat were used to dry the malted barley. This expression of Glenfiddich is matured in an cask which has previously held an Islay malt. |
