•  Developed a Hardware/Software Asset Management System in Lotus Notes R5 platform. The application scans users' machine registries and build up inventory reports of users. The IT manager uses it to determine if enough software licenses have been bought and if users have illegal software installed on their computers. The application serves as a substitute to Sybase Manage Anywhere Studio / IBM's Tivoli.

•  Worked in a team and developed a Budgeting system for the Marketing Department of Jeanswest, Advancetex International Co. (two subsidiaries for Glorious Sun) The system involves many steps: Sales Plan -> Budget Buy -> Budget Plan -> Timeline Month -> Buy Plan Month -> Buy Plan Week -> Sales Plan 4. It is criticial in helping the Marketing Department in making seasonal sales forecast decisions with the help of past sales data, eg sales amount, and many other parameters, eg inventory level, profit margin, growth rate. It also helps in the procurement process and the supply chain processes.
