SimSite UK Coming Soon
The Sims Online will take The Sims to a whole new level. You will control a character which will interact with other characters, all controlled over the Internet. You have to interact, make friends, go to casinos, restaurants etc. But, with the good points, there are always bad points. It will initially cost $30 for the game, and $10 a month to play it on the Internet. It looks to be a great game though, if you have more money than sense. Expected Release Date: I don't know, no one's told me! Expect it around April 2002. Expected Price: As above. Although, some bozo will probably forget that $1 is not the same as £1 and make it £30 to buy and £10 a month.
Since I got the demo with Hot Date, I thought, "Why not try it?" I did. I regretted it. I had wasted 1/2 an hour playing a game that was more boring than watching paint dry. (I don't know why it was on the disc anyway, it isn't made by Maxis, but by Firaxis.) So I thought "What the heck?" and went to paint a wall and watch it dry. The game at first is reminiscent of the original Theme Park game. You have to choose a golf course from one part of the world, and like Theme Park, most of them are disabled. Then when it comes up, there is a bloke called Sam Golfer or something, and you make a course. Then I managed to press some button or other, and this bloke came up who said 'This course is *!'. What the star and the exclamation mark stood for I don't know. And I don't want to. So to conclude my rant, there should be a warning on the box when it comes out. 'WARNING! IF YOU TAKE THIS BOX TO THE CHECKOUT YOU NEED A TASTE TRANSPLANT'. 'Nuff said. Expected Release Date: I don't know. I don't care. Expected Price: Ditto
Just looks like trees to me. And that's all it is really.
