| Ann and Alan |

Ann and Alan are the aliens that have traveled across the galaxy to find energy for the Doom Tree, which provides their lifeforce. They arrive on Earth and assume the identities of a brother and sister that attend Serena's school. Ann develops the hots for Darien, much to Alan's dismay, and Alan develops the hots for Serena, much to Ann's dismay. The two of them unleash Cardians to gather energy from humans for the Doom Tree, but the Sailor Scouts thwart their plans. Eventually, the aliens come to terms with the Scouts and the Doom Tree itself and learn to live their lives peacefully, without harnessing negative energy. |
| Wiseman |

Wiseman serves as an advisor to Prince Diamond and the rest of the Negamoon family. Although they believe he is aiding their mission to rule Earth, Wiseman's true motive is to use the family members as pawns for his plan to unleash the dreaded Doom Phantom and destroy Earth. When Sapphire and Diamond try to stop him, he destroys them. In the final episode, Wiseman transforms into the Doom Phantom, but he is destroyed by Rini and Neo-Queen Serenity. |
| The Sisters |

Catsy, Birdie, Avery, and Prisma (not shown in this picture) are the minions of Rubeus. The picture shows them in their non-evil human form (just picture them in tackier clothes and with black inverted crescent moons on their foreheads). Many times, they attempt to capture Reeny, who has been sent from the future to save Neo-Queen Serenity from the Negamoon, but to no avail. Catsy is the most assertive of the four and has a hairstyle that resembles a cat (hence the name). Her tutu is "way last season". Birdie is the quietest of the four and has a rather hot looking swimsuit-like outfit. Avery seems to concern herself more on her looks than anything else and often quarrels with her older sister Prisma. She uses a whip in combat, a la Sailor Venus. Like Avery, Prisma, who has green hair, is not overly concerned about their mission. The four of them are all eventually transformed by Sailor Moon into normal humans and live out their lives peacefully. |
| Rubeus |

Rubeus is sent from the future to the present day to seek out and destroy the key points of the future Crystal Tokyo. He usually sends the four sisters to carry out his plans. Anger gets the better of him and he ends up killing himself while trying to destroy the Sailor Scouts. |
| Emerald |

Emerald was the successor of Rubeus. Her plan was to destroy Tokyo with statues of herself that exploded. Excessively ambitious, Emerald beckons Wiseman to make her the queen of the Earth. Wiseman places a tiara on her head which turnes her into a dragon. Enraged, she flies to the Crystal Palace and attacks the Sailor Scouts, but she is defeated and dies. Sailor Buben is most intrigued with her really short skirt, as am I, though I am disturbed by her having the same voice as Zoisite. |
| Sapphire |

Sapphire is the younger brother of Prince Diamond. Diamond tells him of how they would eventually take over Earth and punish those that had banished their ancestors. Sapphire eventually realizes that they had been deceived by Wiseman. He tries to thwart Wiseman's plans single-handedly and steals the key card that powers the Dark Moon Crystal. He also tries to warn his brother of Wiseman's intentions. Regarding him as a traitor, Wiseman destroys Sapphire. |
| Prince Diamond |

The leader of the Negamoon family, Prince Diamond is out to take over the Earth. He falls in love with Sailor Moon at first sight (must be the meatballs) and forcefully tries to get her to be his queen. He fails, however, as Sailor Moon's heart is too strong for his hypnotic powers. Sailor Moon tells Diamond that Sapphire tried to warn him of Wiseman's true intentions and that Wiseman has been using them all along. No sooner does this discourse occur than Wiseman attacks Sailor Moon. Diamond intervenes and saves Sailor Moon's life, but he is mortally wounded. He dies in Sailor Moon's arms. |
| Wicked Lady |

Rini is transformed into Wicked Lady by Wiseman (an improvement in my opinion), who deceives her into thinking that her parents are unloving. Full of spite, Wicked Lady tries to destroy the Sailor Scouts on several occasions. She reverts back to Reeny when Sailor Moon transforms into Neo-Queen Serenity and convinces her that she has loving parents. Of all the Sailor Moon R villains, Wicked Lady has the coolest voice, and by FAR the coolest outfit. |
