Indrid Cold

Indrid always did insist that he was extremely photogenic
Unknown. Little is known about the hideous yet well-mannered Indrid Cold, other than his association with the Prophets, and his blatant disregard for the Camarilla Masquerade; Cold has no shame about his looks, and often enjoys his moonlight walks through heavily populated public areas.

Cold, a true believer in the power and wisdom of the dark god
Lord Arrakon, tried to turn the Maiden Newton Sabbat to his cause with promises of vampiric evolution and a perfect existence harking back to the times of Enoch, once the Armageddon Prophecy is fulfilled and Humanity is wiped out. However, the Temple - led at the time by Bishop Paige - was not impressed, and he was swiftly expelled, if rather violently. Not long after, the Fallen, Uriel, attempted to destroy the Cathedral of St John the Baptist - the base of operations for Cold and his Prophets - having first cursed the Cainites of the Sabbat, banning them from harming any living creature. Cold was able to break the curse, allowing the Sabbat to defeat Uriel, but seemingly this effort cost Cold his unlife. This was not, in fact, the case at all.

Cold returned to the fold a couple of months after the Uriel incident, after
Sahjhan, the leader of the newly-formed Alliance against Lord Arrakon, ordered the total destruction of the Prophets. This effort, at length, brought Bishop Zy, Quentin, Rakh and Guile, of the Warriors cell, to Cold, who again attempted to convince them of his cause, but again they would not be swayed, and ultimately, after he was defeated somewhat at the hands of
Guile's Samedi powers of flesh-withering, but ultimately destroyed himself. His parting words echoed those of Cardinal Luis from long ago in the Underworld: "When the Moon reaches its zenith, The Beast will rise."
This encounter created an even stranger mystery about Cold, however - one which can never now be solved. The horriffic, monstrous visage that the "Nosferatu" wore was not actually his real face, which bore no resemblance to a Nosferatu at all. But, now that he had met Final Death, the reason for this shall never be known, merely speculated.

With Cold's destruction, the Prophets have now disbanded, and left the city of Maiden Newton.
