Welcome to the Kaldies Temple. I am the Keeper of the Temple, Shalis. It is here that I chronicle the pantheon of Kryastal. Few outside of the beings who rule Kryastal know of this place, and the gods shall always be powerless here. If you have come here seeking knowledge, I shall gladly share, as that is my purpose. Here i have gathered all that is known about the deities of this realm. I, as the Keepers before me, observe each one and record their legacies opon the wall. Whether for great good or great evil, the deed are there. Learn of each one's area of control and power. Which shall you learn of first?
The portraits below are inscribed with the name of the god or goddess they represent. If you would like to hear about any one of them, approach the picture and touch it. Before going on, there is something you should be made aware of. There are three classes of gods:
Lord(Lordess) - One of two beings who created the realm of Kryastal. It also became the title of a mortal who ascended to godhood.
High God(Goddess) - One of three beings who existed before Kryastal's formation and hold dominion on it. A being from elsewhere who becomes a member of the pantheon will attain this title. Also, one who succeeds one of the original three will become a High God or Goddess.
Born God(Goddess) - A being brought to life by the very formation of the realm itself. Sometimes referred to as "Lesser", it is unable planeshift, or travel from realm to realm.
With this you should be able to better understand the hierarchy of Kryastal's gods and goddesses. Now, if there anything more you wish to know of these beings, you need only to touch their image. |
