Darkness personified, Kuladar is ideally suited for the dominion he holds.  He created the Dimulata, land of damned souls, from where he rules.  The High God has an insatiable thirst for power.  In fact, his former realm had collapsed due to an imbalance of his own making.  His only goal is absolute domination of everything and everyone, god and mortal alike.  He uses whatever means are at his disposal.  Ruler of the unblessed dead, demons, undead, and other things of a dark nature.  His many titles include "Enslaver of Souls", "Dark One", "Vampire Lord", and "Emperor of Destruction".  Though thought of as the god of death, he does not abhor life and readily embraces the devotion of those living who serve him.  With the loyalty of two of the born gods, Vinincia and Pyron, Kuladar is the biggest threat to the realm he wishes to rule.  However, the darkness he represents is vital to the continuing existance of the realm of Kryastal.
Kuladar's greatest height of power was reached during the Dark Wars.  He had succeeded in apparently killing
Gaea and Quantivillis and sealing Tenaria in her own domain of the Illuminari.  Almost all of Kryastal Main was under his control along with Kednohom, Jafre, and most of Zanthus and Akudrim.  When all seemed loss in the world, the mortal Ryder Salice and Telana Starwind along with others were somehow able to stop the onslaught of the dark god's forces.  Gaea and Quantivilles were discovered to still live and Tenaria was freed.  In the end, Kuladar was forced back and sealed within his own domain as he had done to Tenaria, where he still is to this day.
