Our Associate Network is global. Most of the associates are recognized experts in their field (often PhD level). Recommended core team size: 3 full time or 1 full time and 3-4 part time senior consultants. Optimum size 3-5 consultants (combination of full and part time).
Recommended project duration:
3-4 weeks for the Diagnosis, 3-4 weeks for Implementation Plan, 4 weeks for establishing Implementation Project Team and delivering first results.
The scope of the intervention shall determine the actual Implementation duration and the actual Implementation Team size. Should you desire, our involvement can cease with a hand-over at the completion of any phase. Project specific knowledge transfer is built into the process.
The cost is subject to negotiation. It may be a daily fee for the core High Impact Team members and external associates 1,500-6,000 GBP (daily fee range for a senior consultant, excl. expenses), varying with involvement duration and expertise required. The actual total fee may be also project based.
